This site showcases my web and graphic design work as well as my sales and marketing professional profile and is provided "as is" for informational and professional purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute its content without my written permission.

I offer custom web design and development and graphic design services as outlined in project agreements. I solely developed this website and any client projects I undertake, unless stated otherwise. All work is subject to mutually agreed terms, timelines, and payment schedules.

3. Client Responsibilities
If you hire me, you agree to provide necessary materials (e.g., content, feedback) in a timely manner. Delays or failure to meet your obligations may impact project completion, for which I am not liable.

4. Intellectual Property
I retain ownership of my portfolio website’s design and code. For client projects, ownership of deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, though I may showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due as outlined in our agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or cancellation, with no refunds for work already completed.

6. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or my services, including but not limited to data loss, technical issues, or third-party actions (e.g., hosting or social media platforms). My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid me for a specific project.

7. Third-Party Services
If I assist with setting up third-party tools (e.g., hosting, domains, social media accounts), I am not responsible for their performance, content, or policies after setup.

8. Termination
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at my discretion, with notice, if terms are violated or payment is not received. Completed work remains billable.

9. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
