Thank you for visiting my personal portfolio website. This Refund Policy applies to any web and graphic design services I provide and is intended to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Service-Based Refunds
All web and graphic design services are custom and tailored to your needs. Due to the time and effort invested, I do not offer refunds once work has begun unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the project start.

2. Deposits and Payments
Any deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable, as they secure my time and resources for your project. Final payments are due upon project completion and are non-refundable unless the agreed-upon deliverables are not met due to my sole failure.

3. Project Cancellation
If you cancel a project after work has started, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to that point. I reserve the right to cancel a project if payment terms are not met, with no refund for prior work completed.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
I strive to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications outlined in our contract or proposal, I will make reasonable revisions at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction unrelated to the agreed scope.

5. No Refunds for Third-Party Services
If your project involves third-party tools, hosting, or domains that I assist with, I am not responsible for refunds related to those services. Any refund requests for such items must be directed to the respective provider.
